OKLAHOMA CITY – OKBlitz.com’s Toby Rowland was selected as a recipient of an Emmy Award Sunday, the first individual Emmy of his career.
Rowland was honored for his story with 66-year-old Benny Meier, a blind runner who invited Rowland to be his guide runner in the 2009 Endeavor Games. The pair took part in four races and won gold medals in all four events.
