Chad McKee, Tulsa Anchor/Reporter

Chad McKee, OKBlitz.com sports anchor, reporter and producer, joined Oklahoma City's NEWS 9 in August of 2007.

McKee spent eight years doing radio broadcasts before making the change to television. A love of sports, though, has always been the foundation of his broadcasting career. McKee contributes heavily to OKBlitz.com’s television broadcasts and online stories. He covers Oklahoma high school and college sports with great stories from the sidelines as well as real stories about athletes beyond the gridiron.

A three-time winner of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters Award, McKee previously worked as a sports director in Enid at Chisholm Trail Broadcasting beginning in 1995. McKee also has done play-by-play work for Oklahoma State, Tulsa and Oral Roberts universities.

Outside of work, McKee enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristi, and their three children, Abby, Bennett and Beckett.
