Weather warnings

PLEASE.... Please .... Please....

Ask the IT department or whoever if it is possible to put the weather warnings at the top of the screen.

When the scroll was at the bottom of the screen during the PGA Championship, you could not see the puts. 

I understand the weather scrolls are important sometimes, but if they were located some place else, it would make things better. 

Thoughts?
